Question 1

How does creator verification work?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers check account ownership, audience authenticity, posting cadence, and identity coherence. On a public profile, you can see each check status, recorded check dates, the last review date, and any recorded risk signals. A missing or not-run check is not a clean result. Verification lowers risk; it does not eliminate it.

Question 2

What does audience quality mean in the Vouch score?

Accepted Answer

The Vouch score’s Audience quality factor reflects the audience-authenticity check: it shows whether that check was recorded as completed and can include a related risk signal. The audience range on a profile is supplied by the creator; Vouchr does not independently verify audience size, engagement, or campaign performance.

Question 3

How does Vouchr help with matchmaking?

Accepted Answer

Vouchr uses creator profiles, niches, formats, goals, and real audience overlap to surface better-fit collaboration opportunities. It is designed to move beyond follower count; you still choose who to contact and what to propose.

Question 4

What are collaboration templates?

Accepted Answer

Templates are reusable starting points for common creator collaborations, including promo swaps, short-form content, live sessions, and creator bundles. Use them to clarify deliverables and terms, then tailor the proposal before sending it.

Question 5

How can I plan a safer collaboration?

Accepted Answer

Before agreeing to a promo swap, content collaboration, or paid partnership:

1. Confirm the intended creator and account.
2. Agree in writing on deliverables, timing, compensation or exchange, content-use rights, and disclosure terms.
3. Treat trust-check statuses and dates as helpful context, not a guarantee of safety or a successful collaboration.
4. Share only the identity and account details the collaboration requires. Never share passwords, one-time codes, or account access.

If something feels unsafe, use Report on the creator profile to submit a safety concern or Block to set a boundary. Blocking removes that creator from discovery and prevents new messages in either direction; existing conversation history stays available. These tools do not guarantee a collaboration outcome or control conduct outside Vouchr. Vouchr does not collect or process collaboration payments.

Question 6

How do referrals work?

Accepted Answer

Your dashboard and referral invitations use the active campaign terms: its displayed reward (a fixed amount or percentage) and the number of qualifying referrals required. If the campaign is inactive or its terms are invalid, Vouchr omits the reward claim. The product does not specify a payout method or timing.

Question 7

How can I report a creator profile?

Accepted Answer

When signed in, you can privately report a published creator profile for a scam or payment request, harassment, impersonation, an unsafe request, or something else. Add optional details, then track the report’s Open, Reviewed, or Resolved status under My reports. Vouchr does not promise a response deadline or a particular enforcement outcome.

Question 8

Are joining discounts available?

Accepted Answer

When an active joining offer is running, eligible new creators see the current percentage and end time during signup. A valid referral may add a referral discount; Vouchr caps the combined discount according to the campaign rules.

Question 9

What are Match Alerts?

Accepted Answer

Match Alerts let signed-in creators choose niches and receive email updates when a newly verified creator matches those interests. Turn them on or off from the dashboard; complete at least one niche on your profile first.
